Whether you’re a physician, advanced practice provider, administrator, or part of an interdisciplinary care team, this is the one meeting of the year built entirely around home-based medical care and Hospital at Home.
Three days with the people shaping the field
The Annual Meeting brings together more than 500 leaders in home-based primary care and Hospital at Home for clinical education, CME, policy updates, and the kind of hallway conversations you can’t get anywhere else. With real momentum behind the field right now, from G2211 reimbursement changes to the extension of the Hospital at Home waiver, there has never been a more important time to be in the room.

New this year: a Wednesday-to-Friday schedule
Mark your calendars carefully. The 2026 meeting shifts to a Wednesday-through-Friday format, a change from the Thursday-Saturday schedule of past years. The Welcome Reception now kicks things off Wednesday evening, November 4. If you’ve built your travel habits around the old schedule, plan to arrive a day earlier than usual.
Register early and save
Early-bird pricing is available now through August 15, 2026. After that, rates increase on August 16 and again on September 16, so registering now locks in the best price of the year.
Member savings are substantial at every tier. Physicians save $330 off the non-member rate, APPs and Allied Professionals save $240, and Business Professionals save $260. In many cases, the registration savings alone cover the cost of AAHCM membership. If you’re not yet a member, join AAHCM first and register at the member rate the same day.
