The Hospital at Home Users Group 2026 virtual Annual MeetingOpportunity Knocks: Welcoming the Future of Hospital at Home, will bring together HaH leaders and clinicians from across the country for the nation's premier digital Hospital at Home (HaH) conference.

Scheduled for November 4th, 2026, our programming includes an up-to-the-minute policy update, a forward-thinking keynote from Joseph Smith, MD, PhD, networking, presentations of cutting-edge research, special sessions, awards showcasing the best of the HaH community, and more.

Opportunity Knocks also includes two concurrent tracks — one designed for programs just getting started with HaH, and one for more experienced programs looking to scale. Each session will be packed with practical advice, followed by audience Q&A.

CE credits will be available.

The individual registration rate is $200/person. If you are a member of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine, you will receive a $50 discount.  

Please note: If you or your group will be attending the AAHCM meeting in-person in Indianapolis, you will have to register separately for each meeting.
