2025 Award Recipients

AAHCM presents the following awards annually at the Annual Meeting. In 2022, the Lifetime Achievement Award was renamed the Bob Sowislo Person of the Year Award. In 2023, the House Call Interdisciplinary Team of the Year Award was added to recognize the field's growing emphasis on team-based care.
