What to Expect

Session Information & Requirements

Your session date and time were included in your invitation email. All presentations are in-person at the JW Marriott Indianapolis and will be followed by a brief question and answer session.

Slides are due for Program Committee review by October 1, 2026. This review ensures your slides follow CME guidelines. Minor changes after this date are fine, and you are responsible for bringing your final slides onsite.

Please note that wifi is not available in the session rooms, so plan accordingly if your presentation relies on an internet connection.

Registration & Housing

As a speaker, you receive a discounted registration rate. Refer to your acceptance email for details. Registration is now open.
Speakers are required to stay within the AAHCM hotel block. Book directly with the JW Marriott Indianapolis through the link below.

Submit Your Disclosure

To provide continuing medical education (CME) for this event, all speakers must submit their Conflicts of Interest (COI) through our CE provider.
